Our vegetable egg substitute serves as a binder and can thus be used for pancakes, waffles, cakes, pastries, and much more. It is also suitable for savory dishes.

Tip: Our vegetable egg substitute makes cakes and pastries especially moist.

Dosage:

1 packet of Vegetable Egg Substitute is equivalent to 4 eggs.

5g (1 teaspoon) Vegetable Egg Substitute + 50ml sparkling water equals one whole egg. Add this mixture to the desired batter.

Not suitable for preparing scrambled or fried eggs.
