Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar


The coconut blossom juice is obtained from the inflorescence of the coconut palm. After separating the inflorescence, the coconut blossom juice flows out. The sugar is finally obtained by a thermal concentration process from the coconut blossom juice. The gentle thickening of coconut blossom syrup produces fine and delicate crystals that have a special, caramel-like taste.
