Our staghorn salt loosens heavy doughs and ensures fine, even pores.

Tip: Use additionally our potash #7 - so the dough also goes in the width.

Dosage: For 500g flour, dissolve one heaped teaspoon of deer horn salt in one tablespoon of water.
