Our liquid rye sourdough is the ideal helper for a homemade, fresh and delicious fluffy bread.

Dosage: The content is enough for 2 loaves or 1 kg of flour. Depending on the recipe or number of loaves, add the whole or half sourdough to the flour mixture.
