Organic spelt syrup
Spelt is a grain with a truly long history. The popular ancient grain is not only particularly delicious on bread and rolls, but its malty character also makes it ideal for baking and sweetening various desserts. Spelt syrup is obtained by heating spelt flour with water, adding GMO-free enzymes, filtering it and then gently thickening it. This process retains all the minerals of spelt, such as potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. The high proportion of polysaccharides also delays the absorption of sugar in the blood and thus ensures a longer feeling of satiety.
