This mildly aromatic, delicately fruity honey comes from the Saale Valley adjacent to the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve. The honey is produced by our Sonnen- tracht apiary. Due to its high glucose content, rapeseed honey is a quick source of energy for peak athletic and mental performance. In the vernacular, it has been attributed positive aspects in relation to the heart, liver and respiratory tract.
