The coconuts are washed, peeled and ground into grates. The coconut oil is obtained from the dried coconut rasps by cold pressing and refined with naturally extracted ginger and lemongrass oil . Ideal for enhancing grilled meats, stir-fries, vegetables, fish, meats and sauces.
