The coconuts are washed, peeled and crushed into grates. The coconut oil is extracted from the dried coconut rasps by cold pressing and refined with naturally extracted Capsicum Oleoresin. Ideal for enhancing grilled meats, stir-fries, vegetables, fish, meats and sauces.
