Apple syrup is obtained from the juice of ripe apples, which is then gently thickened.

Apple syrup has a good solubility in cold and hot drinks and dishes. Simply pour on mineral water and the apple spritzer is ready or refine for example your apple red cabbage with a dash of apple syrup - delicious!
