Natural, fruity, raw food quality - with our jelling sugar without cooking fresh fruit spreads succeed completely without cooking in raw food quality.

Still to add: 250g fruit, 2 tsp lemon juice.

Preparation:

Cut fruit into small pieces and place in a tall container together with the contents of the bag (70g) and the lemon juice. Blend with a hand blender for at least one minute. Transfer the spread into clean jars and refrigerate for at least hours. 

Tip: If you don't have fresh lemon on hand, you can also add a /teaspoon of citric acid #110 to the fruit mixture.

Contents: 2 x 60g
