Our starch is made from 100% corn and is ideal for binding liquids. In pastries, it provides a fluffy consistency and a fine appearance.

Dosage: Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of cornstarch in a small amount of water and add to the desired food to thicken.

Note on use:

Ideal for thickening sauces and desserts as well as for baking.

Gives a fluffy consistency especially to sponge and sponge cakes.

A useful household aid.

Tip: Non-toxic craft glue can be made using cornstarch - ideal for children!
