Our citric acid is suitable for refining and rounding off dishes and as a household aid in the kitchen and bathroom. The content is equivalent to about 160ml of fresh lemon juice.
Note on use:
Prevents enzymatic browning of cut fruits and vegetables.
As a gelling aid when boiling down fruit spreads with low-acid or sweet fruits.
For rounding off fruity dishes.
As a water softener, for descaling e.g. kettles and as an alternative fabric softener.
Tip: The all-rounder in the kitchen - even cleans burnt-on food.
