If one continues the thickening process of the agave syrup, sugar crystals are formed, which are chopped off and then ground into fine-crystalline agave sweetener. The brown agave sweetener consists of 100% agave syrup and has a very high sweetening power. With it, all recipes, but especially pastries, cakes and cookies can be prepared without any problems.
